A U.S. Air Force Bell‑Boeing CV‑22B Osprey tiltrotor is captured banking in an air‑to‑air shot during USAFE Days 2023. The aircraft’s rotating engine nacelles and proprotors enable vertical takeoff and landing as well as high‑speed cruise. Powered by two Rolls‑Royce AE1107C turboshaft engines each producing more than 6,200 shaft horsepower, the CV‑22B performs long‑range special operations missions including infiltration, exfiltration and resupply.
