Lockheed Vega, Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress, B-17 Bomber, Pathfinder, Ye Olde Pub, Reg. 42-3167, FO-S, warbird, glass nose, overhead view, air-to-air, Erickson Airshow Collection 2025

B-17 Flying Fortress 'Ye Olde Pub', serial 42-3167, is a World War II-era American heavy bomber with four Wright R-1820-97 radial engines, each producing 1,200 horsepower. The aircraft has a glass nose for bombardier visibility, multiple .50 caliber defensive machine guns, and a wingspan of 103 feet 9 inches. Displayed in overhead air-to-air flight during Erickson airshows, it demonstrates formation flying, banking maneuvers, and high-altitude performance. The metal fuselage, tail turret, and bomb bay are historically preserved.
